Frequently asked questions
Can it process a whole batch of receipts at once?
Yes. Upload a batch of images or a multi-page PDF, or photograph receipts one after another from your phone. Each image or PDF page is one page of credit.
Does it total the receipts for me?
Deliberately not. It transcribes the printed totals and flags discrepancies, but it never computes a number you'd rely on — the math stays in your workpaper where you control it. The CSV sums trivially in Excel.
What happens to the receipt images after scanning?
For personal accounts, nothing is kept after the result is returned. Organizations can opt into encrypted storage with per-org keys and a retention window, so client documents stay available to the team for as long as you choose and no longer.
