Stored documents are envelope-encrypted with a key unique to your firm, rotatable on demand and shredded when you leave. Email MFA on every login and a signed audit trail of who scanned and viewed what.

Frequently asked questions
Do unused pages roll over?
No — the pool resets to the plan's allowance each renewal. Pick the tier that matches a busy month; you can change tiers or cancel from the billing portal, and there's no charge for adding or removing members.
Is there a DPA and where is data processed?
Yes. A data processing agreement is published on the site, covering the cloud service and a self-hosted module. Documents are processed by Google's Gemini under our agreement with Google and are not used to train models.
Can we integrate it with our practice-management system?
Organizations get an org-scoped API that scans against the pooled allowance, can provision managed member accounts, and reports per-member usage, which is what a firm or a reseller platform needs to automate intake.
